This water toner is incredibly lightweight. I think it would be perfect for oily skin. From what I can tell, it has a slightly medicinal scent. I didn't get the feeling that it completely tackles acne. I've tried the Antique line before, and honestly, the gel cleanser from that range seemed to work better. This toner doesn't really control sebum so much as it sits on the skin without feeling heavy. I bought this toner thinking it was just another Instagram ad, but honestly, it actually works! I apply it generously and pat it in to help it absorb, and it sinks in really quickly. I have super oily skin that gets shiny the moment I wake up in summer, but when I use this before bed, it actually keeps things under control. The results are definitely there, so I'm using it every single day now. I didn't really notice much of a difference, maybe I just didn't have high expectations going in. Honestly, I'm not really sure. I picked it up when I got the task, used it maybe twice, and then just left it sitting at home. I'm thinking about pouring what's left into an empty bottle and using it as a body spray instead. For some reason, my skin got really red and puffy. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to be careful with this one.
