I applied this morning and night for 11 days. The texture is a clear, thin gel-like consistency with no fragrance. Looking at the ingredients, there are about 20 of them, but it's not overly complicated, and since they're all gentle, low-irritant components, I didn't experience any skin irritation. I really appreciate that it's formulated with minimal ingredients. The hydration is excellent—in the morning I use just this alone, and in the evening I layer it with a moisturizing cream, so I don't feel dry. However, since I have dry skin, I think this alone might not be enough during winter. I also love that it comes in a glass bottle and contains no added fragrance. On days when my skin condition isn't great, even when I apply the same amount, I occasionally feel a slight stinging sensation. That said, I haven't experienced any breakouts afterward. For dry skin, this seems like it would work perfectly during summer. I have sensitive skin and break out easily, but I absolutely love this product! The absorption is fantastic and it spreads so smoothly on my skin. After cleansing at night, I apply it all over my face before bed! I wish it came in a larger size! That said, it fits perfectly in my pouch for on-the-go use, so it's not really a downside. When I first tried the Bael Paro soothing ampoule, my skin was dealing with some texture issues and breakouts, probably from the changing weather. Over two weeks, I applied it generously twice daily using the layering method. As you can see in the before and after photos, all those breakouts completely cleared up! The photos don't really do it justice, but when I touch my skin, it feels completely different. It's become so smooth and refined. I couldn't feel those rough patches anymore, and that made me so happy. My skin feels noticeably softer when I wash my face in the morning. I'm really satisfied with this product. Since it's a hydrating soothing ampoule, it works especially well for my very dry skin. If you're looking for a moisturizing soothing ampoule, I definitely recommend it. The only downside I'd mention is that the bottle is a bit heavy. I brought it with me when I traveled, and it was pretty weighty. But honestly, that heaviness gives it a premium feel. Pat it in until it's fully absorbed, then apply it a second time with the layering technique. It absorbs really well, so even applying it twice doesn't feel heavy on the skin.
