I'm guessing my skin tone is a cool mute summer shade. I used to wear N203 and N201, but I realized they looked too dark and yellow on me, so I switched to V201 over four years ago and haven't looked back. I've been consistently using it ever since. I did try switching to a full-coverage option once, but it felt too thick, looked cakey, and felt greasy, so I came back to this one. Though I've been loyal to just this one product for so long, I decided to explore something new and try other options, but honestly, I think I need to come back to this. What I love most about this cushion is how natural it looks. I care more about a product that sits beautifully on my skin rather than one that dramatically covers everything up, and this one does exactly that. It's not heavy at all, and the coverage is easy to control. It applies with a nice, light finish. Sure, it does get a bit oily as the day goes on, and it's not completely matte, so a powder touch-up works wonders. The way it breaks down throughout the day feels so natural that you barely notice it fading. This is truly an excellent everyday product! And just because it looks natural doesn't mean the coverage is weak. Unlike those products that are all about heavy coverage, this one delivers solid coverage in a way that still feels effortless and skin-like. I started using this as an affordable drugstore option, and I honestly never thought I'd stick with it this long! It looks natural, but when it comes to staying power and longevity, it's definitely not as strong as products that really emphasize long-wear performance. As the day goes on, it does get a bit oily, so I need to powder and set it to keep it in place. A powder finish is really helpful to lock everything in place. Also, if you have dry skin and don't prep your base well, the product can look a bit patchy around the nose area and feel dry. But if you hydrate your skin properly before applying, it works beautifully. One more thing—the included puff isn't the best quality, so you're not getting the full potential of this great product. This foundation offers medium to high coverage while feeling incredibly lightweight. Layer it over a tone-up cream and you've got the perfect everyday makeup look. The coverage isn't exceptionally strong, so if you're expecting heavy-duty coverage, you might feel let down. That said, it has that luxurious, feather-light feel of high-end makeup while still making your skin look beautifully refined and polished. I used to be a MAC Studio Perfect Powder Foundation devotee, and switching to this has been eye-opening. While the coverage is lighter than MAC, it's noticeably more comfortable to wear, and the skin-perfecting finish is just as impressive. I loved that I could use this for touch-ups without needing blotting papers - it works great right out of the compact While it claims you don't need blotting papers, if you don't properly manage excess oil on your skin first, the product tends to clump and sit unevenly on your face

Provides a clean, natural finish with minimal creasing. Don't expect heavy coverage. The mask situation is problematic. When applied thickly, it tends to clump and ball up. For standalone use, apply thinly for the best results. When wearing a mask, it breaks down cleanly and maintains decent longevity throughout the day.

I just give it a light tap before putting on my mask after makeup, and it genuinely doesn't smudge at all. It sets everything beautifully with a smooth, powdery finish that I absolutely love. It's perfect to use before eye makeup too. Even when I just dab it on carelessly with the puff, it blends seamlessly without any clumping. It looks fine right after application, but after a little while, it tends to emphasize texture and uneven spots. I haven't tried using this base on its own, but I'd recommend applying it over foundation for the best results.

I use this daily and I'm genuinely satisfied with it. It doesn't apply too heavily, provides natural coverage, and brightens my complexion all at once - I absolutely love it! The coverage isn't quite what I hoped for, and dry areas tend to emphasize texture. It seems to be a characteristic of powder products, but the coverage isn't as strong as I'd like. It gives a really natural finish, which is nice, but my forehead and nose are prone to dryness, and those areas especially show texture and patchiness. I find that when I prep my skin with plenty of hydrating base products and apply this powder thinly, my skin looks the smoothest!
