The application is smooth and doesn't leave a greasy residue, which I really appreciated. I picked up the portable version and I'm quite happy with it. I experienced some irritation when applying the stick. My skin type: extremely dry, atopic, prone to redness, compromised skin barrier, gets flaky when dehydrated. I really love using this night stick for fine line prevention. Whenever my skin feels parched around the forehead, eyes, lips, and neck area, I apply it and it works wonderfully. If you dislike that sticky, tacky feeling, this night stick might not be for you since it does have that texture. I'm so grateful for this multi-stick at this price point. What I really love is that it doesn't get messy on my hands when I use it - it's such a clean application. Definitely a winner! The rotating mechanism on the stick case is a bit loose, so the product keeps getting pushed back inside during use. I'd love to see this part improved. This cream has such a smooth, lightweight texture that doesn't feel greasy at all, making it perfect for touching up throughout the day wherever my skin needs it. I really appreciate that it's formulated without shea butter, has quality ingredients, and comes at such a reasonable price. My neck area is particularly sensitive, but I've been using this without any irritation or breakouts. When I tried to get the maximum amount out, it looked like about 2cm, but here's the best part - the container is designed so you can use every last bit. I thought I'd only get a month's worth of use, but when I twisted it all the way to the end, there was actually quite a bit of product left. This is such great value. I first installed and purchased this multi-balm, and I applied it with high expectations. It's really nice! About 9 years ago, during the height of the cotton pad mask trend, I had such a great experience with an essence from this brand on my sensitive skin that I've always had a positive impression. But this time, my skin had a completely different reaction. The area around my eyes, eyelids, and cheekbones became intensely red for the first time, with that uncomfortable feeling you get after a mild burn that's started to dry out. Everything became irritated, swollen, and red, and honestly, my face looked terrible. So I reordered, and as things calmed down, I thought it would be great to have a multi-balm I could use at the office too. I searched and found this one! The ingredients looked gentle, so I bought it right away. Now that I'm using it, I notice that other products like those brands would make my skin turn red when applied, but this one doesn't cause any redness at all. I'm so relieved to have finally found something that works! My skin is really dry, and I'm getting actual skin flakes rather than just regular flaking, so I'm hoping this soothing product line will be my saving grace. The only thing is, it's not completely 100% irritant-free like a treatment essence would be.
