The texture is firm and holds its shape beautifully, making it so versatile to use. Plus, it creates a wonderful lather! The scent isn't very strong, so the lavender fragrance feels a bit similar to other products, which is a bit disappointing.

The cleansing power is really impressive for hands. The only downside is that it can feel a bit drying with frequent use, and the same goes for the body wash version. The price is unbeatable, and I got a large size for a steal. The scent isn't really my thing, but I have to admit the cleansing performance is solid. It does leave my skin feeling a bit dry, so I can't use it every day. That said, I've been wanting to try an olive soap for ages, and this felt like the perfect opportunity to finally give it a shot.

With Dalandi Olive, when I use it as a shampoo bar, it works just fine without making things worse like regular shampoo bars do, so I'm really happy with it. The scent is a bit more like laundry soap than olive, but since the ingredients are simple and gentle, it works great for both shampooing and body cleansing. I love the size of the bar, and while it's on the firmer side, soap naturally softens with use, so I just make sure to dry it out between uses. Turkish soap - highly recommended! You can use it all over your body, but it really shines as a shampoo bar. There are so many different soap varieties out there, but this one and the lavender option are the ones with the strongest scent. Laurel is supposedly recommended for oily scalps, and while my scalp is sensitive so it felt a bit intense... it definitely delivers on the basics! It's solid and doesn't crumble easily, lathers beautifully, and has such a fresh, invigorating bathroom scent that it puts me in a great mood. The added olive oil makes it wonderful for cleansing your hands too. And the price is fantastic! The only thing I'd say is that I personally preferred the lavender version more. This is exactly what soap should be - pure and simple. It's no-frills and does the job perfectly. The downside is that it can feel a bit drying, so your hair might feel stiff and rough after washing. I really love how gentle and easy this is to use every day. My husband especially enjoys it! It seems to work better on shorter hair. With longer hair, it takes a bit more time since you need to apply it thoroughly to every section. Maybe my expectations were too high, but compared to other shampoos I've used before, this one produces less lather and doesn't absorb well into the scalp. Even with a scalp brush, I can't get a thorough cleanse. The biggest issue is that after rinsing with water, my hair feels really stiff and dry. That's why I have to follow up with treatment, silk therapy, and scalp tonic to manage it. Here's how I use this shampoo: I apply it once as a clarifying shampoo, then shampoo again and rinse thoroughly. After removing excess water from my hair, I apply treatment in one or two layers, making sure to coat each strand. Then I put on a clear hair cap, followed by a heat-activated cap, wait about 5 minutes, and rinse. This soap holds up really well and lasts a long time without wearing down quickly. Both my child and I use it together, and neither of us has experienced any extra dryness or irritation. My eyes feel a bit sensitive to it, and the lather isn't as generous as I'd like, so I end up using quite a bit more soap than I expected. I recommend softening the soap with lukewarm water before use, and if you use a shower pouf for a full-body cleanse, your shower routine will be done in no time. The photo shows what it looks like after two to three weeks of regular use.
