The fragrance is genuinely enjoyable, making your hair care routine feel like a treat. Sure, the strong scent could be a downside for some, but if you actually want to enjoy your care time, it's definitely a plus. I personally loved the scent! The fragrance might be too intense, or if you have a particular hair type, it could feel overwhelming. I found a review that echoed the "salon smell" comment, saying "compared to my old product, this smells like I just got a perm at the salon... I'm just going back to what I was using before." This product smells absolutely wonderful, and it does a nice job of smoothing and conditioning my hair. The product doesn't dispense well because the pump is really stiff and difficult to use. I love how this product smells! My hair feels so much softer and the results really last. I wish the container was bigger. I think a larger size would be even better. I'm already on my second bottle! Other products disappointed me with both their scent and performance, but this one smells amazing and even a tiny amount makes my hair incredibly soft. When I use it together with the Darleaf No-Wash Treatment, the results are absolutely fantastic. For the price, I wish there was more product in the bottle. My hair feels incredibly soft and silky. The fragrance is absolutely lovely. I really appreciate the convenient container design that combines the best of both pump and jar formats - it feels great knowing I can use every last bit of the product. When I smell the fragrance, my eyes and nose feel irritated. It might trigger an allergic reaction.
