Tôi chỉ dùng một lần bơm sản phẩm để gội, nhưng dầu gội này có sức tẩy rửa quá mạnh khiến da đầu bị căng và khô. Suốt đời tôi dùng bất kỳ dầu gội nào cũng ít khi bị nổi mụn nước trên da đầu, nhưng sản phẩm này khiến tôi liên tục bị nổi mụn nước. Không chỉ ở vùng chính giữa đầu mà còn ở phía sau cổ nữa. Khi dùng dầu xả, tóc như bị phủ một lớp coating khiến tóc trông dính dầu hơn. Sau khi chuyển sang dùng dầu gội khác, chỉ sau 2 ngày tôi đã thấy mụn nước giảm đi rõ rệt. The lather comes out nicely and I can really feel that cooling effect, which makes it so refreshing. The cleansing power is excellent too. I've been using more than two bottles and I absolutely love it! After I use this and step out of the shower, my scalp feels so refreshed and cool, which is amazing. I'm using it every single day because it's just that good. There's nothing bad about it. I really can't think of any downsides or reasons not to recommend it. Not even one. I absolutely love this! If you have a sensitive scalp, dandruff issues, or struggle with greasy hair buildup, you really need to try this. My scalp was in terrible condition from stress, and no matter what shampoo I used, my hair would get weighed down and greasy so quickly. But this shampoo? I'm completely obsessed! The cooling effect feels amazing, especially in summer, and my dandruff has practically disappeared. The greasiness has improved dramatically. Even though the cleansing power is strong, it doesn't leave my hair feeling dry and straw-like. After shampooing and blow-drying, my hair feels bouncy and soft, even without using conditioner. I'm definitely repurchasing this or trying other products from this brand. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough! No complaints really, but I wish they'd release a larger 1L size. A bigger bottle would be amazing!

I love how clean and tight it feels on my scalp. If I let it sit for 2-3 minutes or massage it in, it feels absolutely refreshing and cooling! Something about this product just doesn't work for my scalp - I ended up with tons of flaking and irritation. It's frustrating because it doesn't seem to be the menthol causing the issue. The lather builds up beautifully and easily, leaving my scalp feeling refreshingly cool and invigorated There's nothing majorly wrong with it, but honestly it feels like the benefits are really only noticeable during summer months

I've been struggling with scalp issues and buildup, so I'm really happy that this formula can cool and soothe my scalp at the same time. I haven't experienced any inconveniences while using it so far. I'd recommend rinsing it out about 2 minutes after applying the shampoo to your hair.
