I'd recommend using this during spring and summer rather than winter. Since it helps reduce scalp heat and provides hydration, which is great for scalp health, my scalp feels less sticky and uncomfortable than before, whether that's just a placebo or not! My hair tends to get weighed down and clumpy pretty easily. Especially when I use this after blow-drying, it makes my hair stick together right away, which caught me off guard. It works best if you spray it on your towel-dried hair before blow-drying! I love how my scalp feels refreshed the moment I spray this on. When I compare it to not using it, there's a noticeable difference in how much hair I'm losing, and it's been really effective at reducing itchiness. I bought this thinking it was apple mint, but the scent was much closer to toothpaste than I expected, so it wasn't really my thing. That said, scent is so personal—if you're into that kind of fragrance, you'll probably love it!

When my scalp gets itchy, a quick spritz really helps calm things down without me having to scratch. The scent is lovely and honestly, I didn't find any real issues with it. Though I have to say, it would be nice if it came with a little applicator tool instead of just using my fingertips to tap it in.
