The cooling effect is the best part, which is why I chose it. I was experiencing some heat sensation on my scalp, so I wanted to try a cooling product. The cooling effect works great and keeps the itching away for a while. I still need to use steroid cream, but this helps. The spray strength is excellent, just as shown in the photos. For scalp application, I find that a mist-type container is the most convenient to use. The scent works well for me. I wish the itch-relief lasted longer. Since it has a lightweight tonic formula, it dries quickly on the scalp. I love how it cools down scalp heat and gives that refreshing sensation. The scent is also invigorating, which I personally really enjoy. The spray dispenser works great too. It seems to help a bit with the itching. The instant cooling sensation really does the trick for calming my scalp down fast. I started using this because I was dealing with an itchy, irritated scalp from seborrheic dermatitis, and it's made such a difference for me. The spray dispenser works fine, but I'm not sure it's the best design for hair application. When I spray from close up to avoid getting product all over my hair, it only targets a small area, which means I end up using way too much product to cover everything. And if I try to spray from farther away to get better coverage, the product just ends up all over my hair anyway. The spray nozzle really could use some improvement.
