The texture spreads smoothly without any issues, absorbs beautifully into the skin, and feels gentle enough that it's a perfect starter product for anyone new to retinol. The retinol essence from the same product line works even better, so this one doesn't quite deliver the same wow factor for me. In my skincare routine, I apply the retinol essence first during the middle steps, then layer an eye cream on top for extra care.

Irritation: Unfortunately, this product doesn't work well with my skin. As soon as I applied it around my eyes, I noticed little bumps forming on the surface. 2. Scent: The fragrance is quite strong for a cosmetic product. Even when I used just a tiny amount, the smell kept coming through, which is a bit annoying. I'd say just use a small amount when you apply it.

My mom especially noticed that the fine lines around her eyes became much less visible, and my skin became noticeably clearer. Just keep in mind that since it's retinol, applying too much from the start can make your skin feel irritated and sensitive. If you have sensitive skin, please be aware of this. The retinol concentration is quite strong, so some people find it doesn't work well for their skin. My aunt actually found it too harsh for her complexion. The lightweight formula was so nice that I started using it as an eye cream, but then I ended up spreading it all over my face. The subtle scent is lovely, and since it's an eye cream, the moisturizing power is really impressive too. This eye cream is solid and does exactly what you'd expect! My skin is on the sensitive side, and after using it for about 3 days, I didn't experience any irritation or flaking. Hmm, I think you really need to use this consistently over time to see noticeable results. I do get a slight stinging sensation around my eye area sometimes.

I picked this up because it's a collaboration between Daiso and Tony Moly that's been getting a lot of buzz lately. While it's not super thick, the application is really smooth and easy to work with. I use eye cream all over my face, and I've been using this for about two months now. The value for money is honestly unbeatable, so I've already repurchased it! I really can't think of any downsides. Seriously, even if you buy four of these, you won't spend more than 20,000 won. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone in their early twenties who's looking for a great deal.
