Wow, this product is seriously amazing! The pink shimmer is absolutely stunning - it gives off such a gorgeous, luminous glow without looking overdone or artificial. The finish feels so natural and effortless, which I absolutely love. If you're looking for something with more intensity and shine, Amelie does have other options available. I used to have this pink shimmer highlighter years ago from a foreign brand - honestly, I can't even remember the name anymore, and it's been discontinued so I could never get it again. But this eyeshadow captures that exact same magical pink beam feeling I've been missing! I'm genuinely obsessed with it. I'll be honest - I'm not really a beauty enthusiast who actively hunts down every product, so I haven't explored all the pink shimmer options out there. But what I love most is that this is so versatile. You can wear it as an eyeshadow, use it as a highlighter, or blend it however you want. It's like getting two products in one! I did try a similar shade from Kiko once, and it was completely different - such a disappointment. This one is in a totally different league. The formula is incredibly delicate and fragile. I accidentally dropped it once and it shattered completely, so I had to repurchase and press it back together. I'm naturally lazy about these things, but I ended up buying some kind of solution to fix it. Then it broke again anyway. Now I have to treat it like it's made of glass - I always pack it with extra cushioning when I travel. Unlike other eyeshadows, there's a reason Amelie includes that protective cushion pad with this one. The case itself is also really flimsy. The clasp keeps coming loose and breaking, which is frustrating. After Amelie's recent redesign, the clasp became even weaker, which is disappointing. This eyeshadow uses up noticeably faster than other products. The formula itself seems to apply very generously, and since I use it a lot as a highlighter, it depletes quickly. I rarely see the bottom of most palettes, but with this one? I can guarantee you'll hit pan within two to three months. Even though it's not an expensive product, how fast it runs out makes it feel pricey. Honestly, at this rate, it basically is expensive. I'm planning to buy two more backups just to have on hand. I've completely used up one and already bought another! It's such a gorgeous pink-toned highlighter that gives the most beautiful glow. My friend came out with highlighter applied to the tip of her nose and it looked so gorgeous that I had to ask her about the product. The shade has this beautiful, natural luminosity that complements her skin tone perfectly. But here's the thing - it turned out not to be the right match for my skin tone (warm undertone, around NC22-23). Since the shade has such a strong pink cast, it looked puffy and just didn't work well on my yellow-based skin.
