I've been using this as part of my hair care routine because I've noticed more hair shedding lately, and I absolutely love how convenient it is! I spray it on my hair before blow-drying after shampooing, and since my scalp tends to be oily and I'm sensitive to that greasy, weighed-down feeling, I'm really impressed that this doesn't leave that heavy residue at all!! I apply it evenly to my scalp before blow-drying after shampooing, massage it in with my fingers, and then dry my hair. It doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy or weighed down at all, and even after drying, the cooling effect is amazing! I haven't used it long enough to see improvement results yet, but the cooling sensation combined with how light and fluffy my hair feels afterward is fantastic. The built-in gua sha tool doesn't feel refreshing and has a soft, mushy texture, so I find it much easier to just use my hands instead.
