Even though it has a gel-like texture, it's thin enough to absorb quickly and really helps with that deep inner dryness feeling. With orange oil and lime oil included, it seems like a slightly acidic formula even though the ads don't mention it. It worked wonderfully when my skin felt irritated after a long night, calming sensitivity and making my skin feel stronger. The product really matches the eco-friendly brand image. Personally, I prefer the name "Fermentation Story" over "BH Story" - it's more memorable. Since this is an ingredient-focused product, it would be great to see the percentage of each key ingredient listed. The brown bottle for product protection is a nice touch too! Even though I have sensitive skin and usually react to chemical products, this was fine for me. However, when I first applied it, there was a strong lemon scent that spread, and it felt a bit irritating. I think it's because of the lime oil, so those with sensitive skin should be cautious.
