I actually bought it as a sunscreen alternative, and it seems to work really well for that purpose. I'm a bit skeptical about whether it's actually delivering on its sun protection claims. Maybe it's because it feels so light, but I have some doubts. My mom and I have been using this together, and we absolutely love it! The makeup applies beautifully, it doesn't look greasy, and it feels so smooth. My mom loved it so much that she asked me to buy more, so I ended up getting two additional tubes. The texture is similar to a vanilla-toned primer—it glides on effortlessly. Just so you know, I have oily skin and my mom has dry skin, but this works wonderfully for both of us regardless of skin type! This product is incredibly moisturizing and spreads like a dream! I have dry skin, and I was using a stick formula before, but even in summer my skin felt parched. I actually asked for this as a birthday gift because I love it so much. The scent isn't overpowering, but if you're sensitive to fragrance, you might want to test it first since it does have a subtle herbal note. Just so you know, there is a scent to this product! Personally, I don't mind it at all, but if you're someone who dislikes herbal or medicinal-type scents, I'd really recommend doing a patch test before committing to it.

Perfect for makeup application I've tried countless sunscreens, but whenever I applied them, my makeup would break down or darken significantly, so I basically stopped using sunscreen daily. Everything changed with this product! Now my makeup actually sets beautifully over it, and I can wear sunscreen every single day without worry. 2. Hydration without heaviness I really appreciate how it moisturizes without feeling greasy. Sure, if you apply too much it can feel a bit shiny, but it pairs wonderfully with matte base products. 3. No irritation whatsoever I've tried other non-breakdown sunscreens from different brands, and while they looked good initially, my skin would gradually get worse the more I used them. This product? I've never had a single issue. I keep reaching for it and my skin stays happy. 1. Ingredient list Since I have sensitive skin and can barely tolerate most skincare products, I assumed this must have an amazing formula since it doesn't cause breakouts. But honestly, there are quite a few ingredients in here that concern me. 2. Application texture While it feels hydrating once applied, the texture during application is actually pretty stiff and difficult to spread. Even though it's labeled as a serum, it doesn't have that fluid, flowing consistency you'd expect from a hydrating serum.
