I started taking this because zinc is supposed to be great for skin health. It's a product you can find at PX or BX stores. What I really loved is that it's chewable, so I don't have to swallow pills whole. I'm really happy with it. Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides to this product. Just a heads up though - when you chew it, you'll notice an artificial banana flavor, so keep that in mind. When I was managing my breakouts, I went a bit overboard and took two tablets at a time.

I take them alongside my Omega-3 supplements. I actually received this zinc supplement for free when I purchased a red ginseng product from Seoul Pharmacists Cooperative, and I'm really happy with it since it's a single-ingredient formula. It has a subtle, sweet banana flavor that I enjoy. If you take one daily for the full 60 days, there's no problem. But I kept forgetting to take them, and because I was opening and closing the bottle so frequently over time, they got a bit sticky and lost their freshness even before the expiration date. To keep them from getting sticky after opening, make sure to take one every day. You only need one tablet daily.

It comes in a chewable form and tastes really delicious. It has a banana flavor that I genuinely enjoy. I've been taking it alongside arginine and working out, and it seems to be making a real difference for me. I honestly can't think of anything to complain about. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone. The taste is genuinely great.
