I have deep undertones with cool characteristics, and pink or orange shades just don't work for my complexion. This lipstick is a perfect match for me! Usually when my lips feel a bit dry or textured, lipsticks can shift toward orange or pink tones, but this one doesn't do that at all. It's a red with just the slightest hint of warmth, and it's become my go-to product. While shades like Shu Uemura's Gangnam Orange or similar MAC tones feel intensely orange on me, this one feels subtle and sophisticated. The color isn't overly bold—it just glides on and stays put beautifully. The formula applies so smoothly that it runs out quickly. This lipstick feels incredibly moisturizing and the color payoff is fantastic. The staying power is really solid too. The shade is a beautiful brick red, and it's honestly the perfect color recommendation for anyone with deep undertones. It's not quite as hydrating as a lip balm, but for a lipstick, it's definitely on the moisturizing side. I find it applies so much better and the color looks prettier when I prep my lips first with a lip balm rather than applying it directly to dry lips. I picked this up at duty-free recently, but when I checked the brand's website, it looks like it's been discontinued. It's sold out on their official site too.

Even with just one application, the color payoff is incredible, it feels so moisturizing, and the case is absolutely gorgeous... there's really nothing to complain about. The product shade is clearly a brick red, but when I apply it to my lips, it gives me this beautiful my-lips-but-better pink tone, and when I layer it, it shifts to a deeper, more muted red. I wasn't sure if that was intentional, but it looks so pretty that I'm totally satisfied. Well... the price is a bit steep. It's absolutely gorgeous! Chanel lipstick really lives up to the hype - the application is flawless, there's zero flaking, and it gives such a luxurious glossy finish. At 47,000 won, I wish the Chanel lipstick came in a bigger size—it feels a bit small for the price.
