I used to take Koryeo Eundan Mega Dose Vitamin D 4000IU, but I wanted to switch to something with a more enjoyable taste, so I decided to give this a try. The chewable version has 2000IU, and while the recommended dose is one tablet daily, I sometimes take two tablets on certain days. Since I spend most of my day working indoors and don't get much sunlight exposure, I started taking Vitamin D supplements, and I've noticed I feel less fatigued than before. I switched to this because I expected it to have a tangy, bold flavor, but honestly, it tastes a bit bland—if that makes sense? The orange flavor isn't as pronounced as I hoped it would be. If you prefer taking your Vitamin D without needing water, the chewable tablets are the way to go. However, if you don't mind taking it with water, the regular small pills might be more convenient for you. Since the pills are so tiny, you won't need to drink a lot of water to take them.
