The vitamin tablets are small and easy to take. I really appreciate how affordable they are too! The pills are so small and easy to take! Just one pill a day is enough to keep my vitamin D levels where they need to be, and I really appreciate that. I honestly can't think of anything I'd change! My only wish would be if the 4000IU formula also came in a larger plastic container like some of the other options. It works even better when you take it together with calcium.

The Koryo Ginseng product turned out to be the best value for money. Solgar was great because the tablets were small and easy to swallow, but this product has four times the potency while being even smaller, making it incredibly convenient to take. I also loved that it comes in individual PTP packaging, one tablet per pack. I've read that extremely high doses aren't necessarily better, so I alternate between taking it for a few months, then taking a break, or switching to a lower potency version. While I can't say I notice a direct effect, vitamin D is such a commonly deficient nutrient that I make sure to take it consistently as part of my routine. I didn't have any major complaints, but there are both expensive and affordable options available, so it's hard to know which one is actually better.
