To see real results from probiotics, you'll want to make sure you're taking them consistently every day. I really appreciated that it comes in capsule form rather than powder, and I'm pleased with the generous amount of beneficial ingredients included. While it's not the most budget-friendly option, I can't say it's expensive either, so overall I'm satisfied with the value.
