The capsules are on the larger side, but they're easy enough to swallow without any trouble. I picked this up because it's supposed to be great for your skin, and I don't always get enough fruits and vegetables in my diet. I was honestly pretty startled when I put it in my mouth, haha. You definitely need to wash it down with water to get it down. Goryeo Eundan offers several different products, and I used to take just Vitamin C 1000, but I discovered this product lets me get Vitamin C, D, Biotin, and Zinc all in one! That's why I switched to the Gold Plus formula, and I've been taking it for about a month and a half now. Like most supplements, there's no dramatic effect you notice right away, but when I skip it, I really feel the difference. My only minor complaint is that the tablets are a bit large. People with smaller throats might find them uncomfortable, but for most adults, they're manageable. If you have a sensitive stomach, I'd recommend taking them after meals. Even though my stomach isn't particularly sensitive, I definitely feel some discomfort when I take them on an empty stomach. I've given this as gifts to family members because it feels like such a premium product, and everyone seems to love it. The value for money is excellent, and since it's a trustworthy brand, I'm really satisfied and plan to keep repurchasing it. I don't have any major complaints. The only issue is that the packaging is too easy to open, so sometimes I accidentally tear open two packets at once. The foil-like seal seems a bit flimsy. If that part could be improved, it would be perfect.
