I love how it bursts with a refreshing, tangy flavor the moment I pop it in my mouth, so I find myself taking it every single day. When I feel a cold coming on, it definitely makes me feel better and less achy. If I take it on an empty stomach, my stomach feels a bit uncomfortable and slightly irritated. I've found it's much better to take it after eating.
