But this product is amazing - it doesn't flake at all and glides on so smoothly with a dewy finish that feels like it's melting into my skin. I'm completely thrilled! Plus, since I have a fair complexion, I usually struggle with foundation shades that come out too dark or just don't match right. But this one has such a beautiful, natural color that works perfectly for me. Honestly, there's really nothing bad about it. If I had to pick something, maybe the price? The coverage is fantastic and really stays put. I have sensitive skin and didn't experience any irritation or breakouts. It applies just like a BB cream would! There is some slight darkening to the shade. It does fade over time, but at least it doesn't clump up. The amount of product you get doesn't quite match the price point. It works beautifully when paired with other concealers.

The skin finish looked so beautiful that I ended up buying it even though it's pricey! I'm really enjoying using it. The finish is incredibly natural and gorgeous, but because it applies so sheer, the coverage is pretty minimal. You'll definitely need a concealer to go with it! The coverage is a bit disappointing - you really have to use a concealer. I usually wear shade 21 and have dry skin, so I was hesitant about buying this since I'd heard MAC foundations can be quite matte. But my friend who uses MAC has such beautiful, flawless-looking skin that I decided to go for it anyway. The matte finish turned out to be just right—not heavy or cakey at all! I've been genuinely thrilled with how it performs. If I really had to point out a downside, it would just be the price point. That said, I've been using every last bit of the bottle because it's worth it.

This shade is absolutely gorgeous and so popular with beauty lovers. The coverage is fantastic, and it applies incredibly smoothly without any streaking. I find that the T-zone area requires heavier coverage, so if you prefer a lighter, more natural finish, this might not be the best match for you. When applied with a brush, the luminosity really comes through beautifully. However, I'm a strong matte finish fan, so I prefer using a spatula applicator! I have warm undertones and prefer around shade 21 with a lot of redness on my face. The shade the store associate recommended was NW10, and it looked so fresh and flattering that I was ready to buy it, but it was out of stock. So I ended up getting NW11 instead. The color difference between NW10 and NW11 isn't that noticeable, so I didn't feel like there was a huge gap between them. This foundation is incredibly hydrating, and honestly, the wear time is pretty solid too. The coverage is great even though it has that dewy, moisturizing feel. If you have combination skin like me, I think you could wear this comfortably all year round. To be honest, I haven't noticed any real drawbacks with the product quality itself. I was planning to buy it duty-free, but as of December 2023, I couldn't find it on the online duty-free sites, which was a bit disappointing. So I ended up buying it at a store in the US instead. Even with the exchange rate being so high, it was still cheaper than buying it in Korea, which made me hesitate a little about paying full price at Korean stores. These days, there are so many great cosmetics coming out that I don't think this is an absolute must-have at full price. I'd say it's worth grabbing when you're traveling abroad, shopping duty-free, or catching a sale. This product is genuinely hydrating but feels so lightweight that it applies beautifully no matter how you use it. I've been obsessed with using a spatula lately, and even when I don't have one, I can just spread it thinly with my fingers and tap it in with a sponge, and it still creates a really pretty, skin-like finish. If you have oily or combination skin, you might notice a bit of shine coming through after a while, so just do a light powder touch-up on your oilier areas and around the edges of your face, and the wear time gets so much better!

Deep undertone, light shade. As winter approaches, heavy formulas start feeling uncomfortable, so I searched for a luminous foundation with excellent adhesion and longevity. Given my job requires frequent mask wearing and phone calls, I set specific criteria: 1. Minimal transfer Luminous foundations naturally transfer somewhat, but this one transfers the least of any I've tried. Even when rubbed, it barely shows. 2. Exceptional staying power Lighter, thinner luminous products typically fade and break down quickly, but this foundation didn't budge by mid-afternoon. I was amazed. Despite a busy day with sweating and heat exposure, only slight oil buildup appeared—no breakdown or fading. The longevity is truly impressive. Applied at 7 AM, cleansed at 8:50 PM—it lasted 13 hours 50 minutes. I only blot excess oil with a tissue and never do touch-ups. This foundation holds beautifully without maintenance. 3. Graceful breakdown Even if everything else is perfect, I avoid products that break down messily. This one breaks down beautifully. Even when it does shift, skin still looks great, and honestly, it doesn't break down much anyway. Product Strengths: 1. Stunning skin finish After applying primer and foundation with a spatula, I tap with a dry finger sponge. The skin texture looks absolutely beautiful—noticeably better than other products using the same primer and application method. 2. Luxurious luminosity I'm not obsessed with glow and actually prefer less shine, so I initially worried about excessive shine. But this foundation has a refined, sophisticated glow. If you love intense, mirror-like radiance, this might be subtle for you. The glow intensity is moderate but feels genuinely luxurious. If you dislike shine but can't wear matte or semi-matte foundations, pair this with powder. 1. Shade matching concerns If you have a bright, fair complexion, NC10 might work. The recommendation for shades 18-21 suggests NW11 for warm beige skin, but it reads quite yellow and about 0.3 shades darker, appearing dull. If you have naturally warm undertones, use shade 21 with NW11. If you have warm skin but typically wear ivory foundations or don't have strong yellow undertones, try NC10. 2. Severe darkening on oily areas I won't elaborate, but if you have naturally oily skin, skip this. If you're oily and want luminous coverage, this isn't it. The nose and cheeks showed significant darkening where oil was present. 3. No concealing power Luminous foundations generally don't conceal, but this one doesn't hide blemishes, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, or dark circles at all. Concealer is essential. 4. No cap The opening doesn't harden since I use it almost daily, but the exposed opening feels uncomfortable. While the spout seems to lock when turned right, a proper cap would be appreciated. Looks beautiful even when tapped with a dry sponge. If you have very dry skin, use a water-dampened sponge. If you find the glow heavy-handed and have dry skin, use powder. Skip this if you have oily skin. I'll definitely repurchase in fall and winter, and if I buy again, I'll try NC10.
