Friends kept suggesting I try a supplement, so I got a recommendation for Dambaekaru! I was torn between Supercritical and Nordic, but I decided to try Nordic Altizy Omega-3. Since it's my first time taking supplements and I was worried about having a negative reaction to too high a dose, I went with the 800mg Nordic version. (The Supercritical is 1000mg and costs five thousand won more!) At first, it was tough swallowing such a large pill, but after about two weeks, my body adjusted and I can really feel the difference in how I'm feeling. Of course, I'm taking other supplements too, but as I'm getting older, I've become so much more interested in my health. There's no fishy aftertaste either, and I'm so glad I made this choice! The price is a bit steep, to be honest. There are other pricier omega-3 options out there, but it would be amazing if you could offer more discounts so I can keep taking it consistently! I take two capsules a day.

I saw it recommended online and chose it from three options with good nutritional balance because of the great value for money. It has a vanilla flavor without any fishy aftertaste, and the smooth texture makes it easy to swallow. I can't really tell if it's working when I'm taking it, but when I skip it, I definitely feel more tired. If you have trouble swallowing larger capsules, this might be challenging for you. The price is reasonable for an omega supplement, but it's a bit pricey, so I'd recommend buying it during sales. Also, be careful if you store it near air fresheners because the aluminum coating can peel off like nail polish.
