First off, I really appreciate the quality ingredients - no worries about harsh chemicals here. The cleansing power is excellent too. While it's still too early to say whether it helps with hair loss, I'm already completely satisfied with just these two cleansing components alone. It's challenging to use on longer hair. To improve that aspect, they'd need to add more ingredients, but I'm willing to accept the inconvenience for the sake of keeping things natural and healthy.

The product is made in Korea using ingredients imported from Germany. The performance is solid too. During summer, I use this and notice my scalp gets less oily. Just keep in mind this is a solid bar soap, not a liquid shampoo, so don't expect a strong fragrance or added scents. You'll definitely need to use a conditioner or treatment after. The hair can feel a bit stiff at first, so conditioning becomes essential. It says it's a one-month supply, so I knew that going in, but it does shrink pretty quickly, which is a bit disappointing. The soap dish that comes free with it is actually really nice though, so I can't bring myself to throw it away. This product doesn't work. It doesn't work at all. Absolutely nothing. Not even a little bit. It doesn't matter what your scalp type is—just don't use it. I got this for free from Olive Young and still used it, but I'm so stressed I could sue. Seriously. This is genuinely terrible. I have no idea why anyone says it's good. It doesn't function as a shampoo at all. It feels like washing your hair with laundry soap, and after using it, your hair gets matted and won't come undone. I'm on week two now. I've been wearing a hat everywhere. I'm absolutely furious. Not knowing if this was the cause, I used it a few more times trying to fix the dryness and matting, but it only got worse. Even after blow-drying, my hair feels sticky and weighed down. When I rub it with my hands, it's tacky and won't rinse out. I've tried other shampoos and it still won't rinse properly. At first I thought I had tree sap in my hair... Ugh, I really hate this. I'm washing my hair multiple times a day now. If this were laundry soap, at least conditioner would help loosen it, but this? There's no solution. I'm a woman and I seriously want to shave my head. My hair is falling out like crazy from trying to detangle the dryness and matting. What are all these positive reviews about? Is it really that good? Really? Even one star feels like a waste. I'd give it negative stars if I could. It creates such a rich lather and my scalp issues have completely cleared up. This is the only shampoo I use when washing my hair. It might feel a bit tight when you first start using it, but that goes away after a while. I wish the bottle size was twice as big. It seems like the price keeps going up. When summer arrived, my scalp suddenly became oily and prone to buildup. I was washing with pH-balanced shampoo every morning and night, but my scalp issues just wouldn't go away. Then I switched to using this solid shampoo once every 2-3 days and went back to my regular pH-balanced shampoo for the other days, and it completely cleared up! The hair strands feel stiff and tangled, so if you're a woman using this, you need to be careful because it can cause matting! The cleansing power is really effective and leaves your scalp feeling refreshed. Honestly, the strong cleansing ability is pretty much the only standout feature here. The scalp odor isn't great. It leaves your hair feeling stiff and brittle, which causes breakage when you wash it. You really have to be super careful when shampooing. I noticed a lot of reviews on Naver that seemed like they might have been written by staff members.

My hair was doing so much better with my regular natural shampoo bar, but using this was an absolute nightmare. I don't even want to give this one star, and I feel like even that's too generous. I genuinely experienced a complete disaster with this product. After washing my hair and applying my usual conditioner and blow-drying, the softness I had yesterday is completely gone today. My hair feels sticky like I washed it with regular soap, and when I try to brush it while blow-drying, it tangles up and breaks. My hair won't dry properly either. Even after touching my hair all day, it feels like I've only made it worse. The sticky, tangled feeling is so frustrating that I can barely touch my hair anymore. By evening, my scalp feels even greasier than usual. I really cannot recommend this. I'm just glad I grabbed it on a 70 percent sale for about two thousand won, otherwise I would have seriously regretted spending full price on this. Times like these really show that Korean products are the way to go over Japanese ones. Long live Korea!
