There's no strong taste or smell, which makes taking them so convenient. The formula is potent enough that I only need to take two capsules daily. I honestly can't think of anything I'd change about this product. When I first saw it in the packaging, I was a bit worried it might be too large and thick to swallow comfortably. But I was pleasantly surprised - while the width is substantial, the thickness is actually quite manageable, which I really appreciate. Plus, that clicking sound I used to hear from my joints has completely disappeared! I do need to take two tablets per dose, and since they're separate, it's a bit inconvenient when I'm worried about forgetting to take them.
