The portability is definitely a major plus. The taste isn't bad at all, actually. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm really happy with the results. Compared to red ginseng extract, this one has a more bitter taste to it. I received this as a gift and I really love how convenient it is! The stick format makes it so easy to carry around with me wherever I go. Plus, since it comes in a stick, the portion size is just right - I can simply squeeze out what I need in one go, which is super practical. Compared to other products, this one has a smaller amount and since it's in a concentrated form, I do notice it has a more bitter taste than I'd prefer.
