I love that this comes in a chewable format, making it super convenient to take. The orange flavor is refreshing, and it's perfect to have after meals. Since you can chew it without needing water or worrying about swallowing difficulties, it's really practical for everyday use. One bottle lasts about two months, and you can easily find it at most major retailers. It does help with fatigue recovery, which is fine, but I can't really tell if it's making a noticeable difference or not. It's neither impressive nor disappointing.
