1. The formula is really solid. It doesn't contain those common harsh surfactants. Since I use shampoo daily, I was surprised how well it actually rinses out - though some people, especially men, find it takes a bit more effort to rinse thoroughly. Knowing it's free from environmental hormones makes me feel great about using it. 2. Usually when a shampoo has a good formula, it doesn't lather much, but this one creates a nice lather that leaves your scalp feeling refreshed. 3. The hair does feel a bit firmer, which I think people with finer or thinner hair would really appreciate. 4. They also offer refill options. 1. It makes my hair feel too stiff, so combing becomes difficult. If you have thick, voluminous hair like me, even blow-drying will feel like a hassle. 2. It's inconvenient that I can only buy it from one specific retailer. I wish I could purchase it more easily from different stores. 3. The price point isn't exactly budget-friendly. 4. The shampoo leaks from the pump dispenser area. I bought a refill and poured it in, but the container design feels awkward to use. If you have fine or thin hair, definitely give this a try.

The lather is fantastic too—it creates a rich foam that makes me feel like I'm getting a thorough cleanse. The ingredients are excellent and the price is really reasonable. The scent is also quite gentle and subtle. It does create a nice lather, but like many natural shampoos, it leaves my hair feeling stiff and tangled when I rinse it out. Even after drying, my hair feels dry and rough. My scalp started flaking noticeably, almost like it was shedding a layer of skin, so I had to switch products after just a week.
