The rich, luxurious lather makes washing my hands effortless and thorough. I noticed it's more moisturizing than a typical hand wash, so my hands feel noticeably softer after use. My skin doesn't feel as dry afterward either. I picked up two full-size bottles plus refills at Costco for a great price, and honestly, the value is really hard to beat. The fragrance is way too strong for me. Since I often cook right after washing my hands, the scent lingers heavily on my skin. I did some research and found they do make an unscented version, but it's barely visible on store shelves. I'm not convinced that fragrance is even good for your body, so I'm hesitant about using a hand cleanser with added fragrance. I don't think I'll be repurchasing this. Also, I've noticed a reddish mold forming around the pump, just like in the photos. The design seems to trap water in that area, and even after wiping it multiple times, the mold keeps coming back. I couldn't find any redeeming qualities. I had been happily using other colors from the same brand like green and yellow, but I spotted this product on sale in bulk at the store and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. - It feels sticky The regular line from this brand is fine, but the premium version feels sticky for some reason. I'm not sure what extra ingredients they added, but it leaves a residue on my hands. Even after rinsing thoroughly, my hands still feel tacky. I notice it most when I apply skincare products right after washing my hands, or when I use cleansing oil to wash my face. At first I was confused about why my hands felt sticky, but I eventually realized it was the hand wash causing the problem. I think they probably added extra moisturizing ingredients to the premium formula. The result is that after washing, it feels like there's a thin film coating my hands, which creates that sticky sensation. - There's a strange smell when you first pump it When I first pump the product, there's this odd, pungent odor that comes out. It does fade as I rub it on my hands, but it really bothered me. Since I bought it in a bulk bundle, I ended up using about three bottles. All three had the same issue, so it seems like this is just how the product is. That sharp smell hits you right away when you first pump it. What I loved most about this eye cleanser is that it's completely fragrance-free, so I could use it with total peace of mind. I could really feel the hydration working its magic on my delicate eye area. I honestly couldn't find a single downside to this product. Great value for the price, and I love the subtle cotton scent that keeps me in a good mood. The lather is soft and gentle without being overwhelming, making it perfect for hand washing. Plus, the cleansing power is really impressive. My only wish is that it wouldn't leave my hands feeling a bit dry and tight after use. The scent is absolutely lovely! It lathers beautifully and the generous size means it lasts forever! Since the pandemic, I've gotten into the habit of washing my hands frequently. When I use regular cleansers, my hands get really dry, but after switching to this product, my hands feel so much less parched that I don't even need to apply hand cream anymore. Honestly, there's nothing major to complain about. If I really had to nitpick, there's this indented area at the bottom of the bottle that seems unnecessary. It tends to collect water and I'm worried it might develop mold. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who washes their hands frequently and hates dealing with dry, tight skin.

It has that same comforting cotton scent as the original, which I really appreciate. What I love most is that they sell refills separately, so it's both budget-friendly and better for the environment. The white container is sleek too, and it blends perfectly with my bathroom decor without standing out. I used the original for ages and never had to wipe down the exterior, so it was pretty hassle-free. But with this premium version, I kept noticing red mold forming around the pump area. Even after switching to a fresh bottle and going through a few refills, the same issue kept happening. It makes me wonder if there's something about the design that causes water to collect there. That's been really disappointing.

Just a small pump creates plenty of lather, and since a gentle cleanser still needs effective cleansing power, I tested it on makeup residue. After wiping with a tissue first without any cleanser, I used just a bit of this product on the remaining traces, and it worked beautifully without being too thick or heavy. Before discovering the premium version, I was using the regular formula, and the real difference is how much more moisturizing it feels—there's noticeably less dryness afterward. If you usually worry about your hands feeling tight and dry after washing, this is absolutely perfect for you. I'd especially recommend it for people with sensitive skin and parents with young children. Since we still need effective cleansing during these times, I strongly suggest making hand washing a priority—especially after going out and before and after touching your face. The fragrance is absolutely wonderful! I'm really happy with how the lather feels so much richer and creamier compared to other products I've tried It's advertised as moisturizing, but honestly I didn't notice any difference at all. I've been using this product consistently and I'm really happy with it. The scent is gentle and doesn't bother me at all, and I love that it doesn't leave any sticky residue or dryness. My whole family trusts and uses it together. The packaging feels premium too. My kids and I go through it pretty quickly since we use it so generously, so I'm definitely going to grab the larger refill size next time. I honestly can't think of anything I'd change. I've been using it without any issues or breakouts.
