For a propolis product, the flavor is surprisingly refreshing. Since you chew it, you can support your immune system both in your mouth and throughout your body. It's especially great to use when you have mouth ulcers. I get canker sores pretty often, so I decided to give this a try. When I take it during times when I'm feeling run down, it seems to help a bit. Do you chew it? I've never used a product like this before, so I was caught off guard. The dosage of 2 tablets per serving is unusual. Since you're supposed to break it apart so the formula dissolves throughout your entire mouth, I made sure to chew it thoroughly.

While I can't say for certain it's done wonders for my teeth and gums, it's definitely helped with mouth sores and boosted my immune system. The flavor is refreshing and leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh. The main downside is that you have to burst and chew the tablets in your mouth rather than swallowing them whole. You only need to take two tablets once a day. The tablet size is small and easy to swallow. The flavor is subtle and doesn't bother you at all. Personally, I think it would be better if you could switch from two small tablets to just one tablet instead. Other than that, there weren't any major issues.
