These are so convenient to enjoy because they taste wonderfully sweet, and I feel energized whenever I have one! The packaging seems quite oversized compared to the actual product inside. I do feel better knowing it can be recycled though.

This brand is fantastic and genuinely seems to boost your energy when you use it. I've noticed I feel less tired and worn out, which is really noticeable. Jeonggwanjang has so many red ginseng options, but honestly, I can't tell much difference between them. It's definitely thinner than a concentrated essence, so it's much easier to take without feeling heavy. I tend to get cold easily, and even after taking it for over a month, I noticed this amazing warming sensation from within. I usually start taking it before winter as a preventative measure, but once I feel my body heating up like a furnace, I just can't stop! haha The only downside is the taste... there really isn't one. I'm not a fan of ginseng or red ginseng scents in general, so the red ginseng smell is pretty strong. That distinctive aroma comes through loud and clear. It's like red ginseng is announcing itself. But here's the thing - surprisingly, taking it this way as a powder seems to work faster than pills or capsules, so I just hold my breath and gulp it down. Interestingly, red ginseng tastes even worse when it's cold. When you drink it hot, the aroma becomes more pronounced but the unpleasant taste becomes less noticeable. If you're sensitive to taste and smell like I am, warming it up and stirring in a spoonful of honey is honestly the most practical solution!

It has a slightly bitter taste, but when I use it, I feel like I'm doing something really good for my health, and I absolutely love that feeling Jeonkwanjang is definitely a trusted choice! Especially their red ginseng products are so well-known that I use them with confidence
