I don't usually write reviews for supplements, but this one is so convenient to take that I had to share. I normally can't stand bitter tastes, but this has a smooth texture and comes in a modest serving size. Honestly, the smaller portion works perfectly for me. What I really love is how it leaves me feeling warm and energized from the inside out. There's nothing really negative to report. If red ginseng isn't typically your thing, this is still worth trying if you're looking for an energy boost or if you're new to red ginseng supplements. I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot.
