I've personally spent over a million won on this since 2021. I used to have bowel movements only once every 5-7 days, but I bought it on a friend's recommendation even though I was skeptical at first. Now I keep repurchasing it. The results are seriously amazing, and honestly, I've never experienced bathroom regularity like this in my life. You absolutely have to get this - it's genuinely incredible. The only downsides are that you need to drink plenty of water while using it, and the price is a bit steep. The basic formula really delivers results. It contains about 1.5 times more psyllium husk than the recommended 7.2g amount, so you definitely notice a difference. While it's not quite as potent as the Ultra version, taking this product means you'll have regular bowel movements about 3 days out of every 5. With its high active ingredient concentration, consistent digestive support is pretty much guaranteed. There's roughly a 5,000 won price difference between this and the Ultra version, so if you're looking for great value for money or find the Ultra's strength a bit much, this original formula is probably your perfect match. I can't really think of any downsides, though I will say the monthly cost comes to around 50,000 won, which feels a bit pricey. That said, since you're not taking it every single day, I think it's worth the investment for the results you get. If you want maximum psyllium husk concentration and serious results, go for the Ultra version. If you prefer a solid amount of active ingredients but find the Ultra too intense, and you're looking for better value, the Original is your answer. If you're already using garcinia for weight management and want to add a higher dose of psyllium husk to support your diet goals, the Diet version would be ideal for you.
