I've been using this for over two years, and the renewed plus version is even better. I used to get tons of blackheads, but this really keeps them from surfacing and leaves my pores feeling incredibly clean. It gives that satisfying deep-cleansed feeling without any residue left behind. If you leave the cleanser on your skin a bit too long after applying, it can feel slightly irritating. Your skin might dry out quickly after washing, so it's essential to hydrate immediately after cleansing. If I skip this for just a week, those dark spots on my nose get really noticeable and my skin feels bumpy from excess oil. But when I use it daily, that never happens. During winter when my skin gets drier, I only use this at night and switch to a more hydrating cleansing foam in the morning, and that works perfectly. - se*******Da dầuDa nhạy cảmDa mụnDa dị ứngLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenKhô từ bên trongLỗ chân lông toTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất05/06/2021 (UTC+0)
I picked up this black paint lip balm because it's been getting tons of recommendations on YouTube and is super popular! I've been using it for 6 months now, hoping to see some real improvement with blackheads and excess oil. How to use it? Rub it on like a cleansing soap around your nose, under your mouth, and between your brows to create a lather! Even if it doesn't foam much, keep rubbing until that black color turns gray. Then rinse it off! Does it actually work? Whiteheads definitely seem to disappear, but I'm honestly not sure about blackheads. Some surface ones vanish, but the stubborn ones buried deep in your pores? They pretty much stay put. That said, your skin does feel super clean and smooth right after using it. My texture was bumpy before, and there is some improvement, but just know that this product won't completely clear out deep-rooted blackheads. What's the smell like? It smells exactly like soap. You'll also catch that typical cleanser scent! How does your skin feel after using it? Because it contains surfactants, dryness is pretty much unavoidable. Once your skin feels tight, make sure to cleanse thoroughly and load up on hydration! When skin gets dry, it overcompensates by producing extra oil as a defense mechanism, which throws off your skin's balance. So don't forget to apply your basic skincare routine right after! Don't use it on sensitive areas! One day, I saw a blogger using this all over their face, so I did the same thing. The next day, I broke out in tiny bumps! I was so shocked that I stopped using it for a while. But thinking back on it, this product is just too harsh for skin, so that's probably what happened. I'd recommend avoiding it near your sensitive mouth area and anywhere your skin feels particularly dry or reactive. Plus, since pore strips are already pretty intense, this is about as much as your skin can handle anyway. Honestly, I wish I could live in a world without excess oil and pores. - lm*******Da hỗn hợpDa mụn25/05/2021 (UTC+0)
Please get the pre-reformulation version, seriously. 1. When you cleanse with this, you really feel like your blackheads just vanish. 2. The new version actually has more product than before. Overall, the pre-reformulation version was SO much better. Definitely buy the old formula instead!!! 1. The container is inconvenient. It's transparent so you can see how much you've used, and it's pretty in its own way, but everything else about it is annoying. The lid twists open, so you have to be super careful closing it so the residue on top doesn't smudge. Plus, just like the previous version, you can only push it up, not pull it down... Even a one-dollar glue stick lets you push up and pull down, but this product that costs ten times more can't do that... 2. It's incredibly rough and scratchy. Right when you open it and touch it, you think it's the same as before, but after rubbing it three times, you wonder if you accidentally bought sandpaper. These charcoal particles come up, and it actually hurts when you rub it on your palm. Are you seriously expecting people to rub this on their face? Did all the staff members here get steel plates installed on their faces? 3. Your face gets darker after washing... Honestly, it's shocking. Normally when you wash your face, your skin tone goes from shade 21 to shade 19, but with this cleanser, it stays at that darker shade 21 because of the discoloration. It's really upsetting. And even when you wipe your face with a toner afterward, nothing black comes off. Just buy the pre-reformulation version. This one is seriously not it.

At first, I was shocked by how rough and grainy the texture was—I couldn't believe I was supposed to rub this on my face. But after rubbing it more to melt the surface, it became smoother. If you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend trimming away some of the product. The dark particles don't rinse off easily in water either. Even after rinsing thoroughly, when I use toner, a lot of residue comes off on the cotton pad. Stick with the basic version instead of the plus version. - ba*********Da khôĐược đề xuất14/01/2021 (UTC+0)
I switched from the black paint lip balm to the Plus version. Since it has a higher charcoal content, the color is much more intense. After washing, I feel both a clean, purified sensation and a hydrated, moisturized feeling at the same time. When I first used it, there seemed to be charcoal powder at the top, and compared to my regular lip balm, it felt irritating. It was so rough and gritty that I thought I'd made a mistake buying it. From the second use onward, it became a bit gentler, and after using it for over a month, it feels smooth now. The container has a twist-open design, which means product gets stuck in the grooves. I think a traditional open-and-close lid like the regular lip balm would be much more convenient. When you first use it, you need to rub it gently on your hands before applying. If you don't... it feels like you're scratching your face. - ji*******Da dầuDa mụn05/07/2020 (UTC+0)
With consistent use, both blackheads and whiteheads noticeably diminish The texture feels rough and gritty, leaving my skin feeling irritated after application. Plus, the charcoal residue doesn't rinse away cleanly, which is frustrating - jm*********Da dầu03/04/2020 (UTC+0)
It's so easy to use. Just like the previous version, it really does help reduce blackheads. It stings both during and after application. You can minimize the irritation if you're extremely gentle while using it, but honestly, that's easier said than done. The stinging is less intense if you whip up a lather using a cleansing net before applying it. - yt*****Da khôDa mụn12/02/2020 (UTC+0)
It definitely removes all that dark buildup... and that's exactly what you want. The texture feels rough, and rolling it on actually hurts every single time, even when I'm being super gentle. Plus, the charcoal seems to stick around on my face afterward. No matter how much I rinse with water, I still feel like there's black residue left behind. I'm not sure if that's the culprit, but I hadn't dealt with any major breakouts in months until I switched to this cleanser. Now I've got two huge pimples. I've only been using it for a week, and I'm already ditching it for something else. I really can't recommend this one. - co*******Da trung tínhDa nhạy cảmDa mụn06/09/2019 (UTC+0)
The lather comes out beautifully and it seems like it will exfoliate really well After using it, my skin feels quite stingy and irritated. For sensitive skin, this product is really harsh. My face gets red and inflamed - mp***Da hỗn hợpDa mụnĐược đề xuất30/05/2019 (UTC+0)
I've been struggling with blackheads and whiteheads around my nose and cheeks, but after using this product, those pesky whiteheads that were visible during makeup application completely disappeared. My nose looks incredibly smooth and refined now. The rolling application feels quite rough, so the overall experience isn't the most pleasant. It seems a bit too strong to apply all over my face, and after using it, I get some red, irritated patches that feel tender and uncomfortable (and I don't usually have sensitive skin). I'd say it works best if you just use it on the specific areas where you're dealing with blackheads.
