I only use it in the evening, and I can really feel how clean and refreshed my pores become. I've been using this product for over 10 tubes now. If you're struggling with blackheads, you absolutely have to try this! I use it as a soap substitute every day when cleansing, and I can literally see the blackheads fading—it's amazing. After a light water rinse, wet the product with water and then roll it across your face, or you can lather it in your palm and use it that way. It creates a great lather and does an excellent job removing oil and impurities. If you use it like a soap mask after rolling it on your skin, it can feel irritating. The recently redesigned cap has a transparent inner cap inside it, and no matter how hard I try, I can't remove it. I wish they'd go back to the original cap design. Having a cap within the cap is inconvenient because you have to push it down every time after using it. When you're almost done with the product, twist the container all the way to the bottom and scoop out just the inner contents. This way, you can use every last bit without waste. If blackheads are your concern, focus on rolling it over those specific areas and use it during your daily cleanse. After doing a first cleanse with a cleansing foam, I gently rub the blackhead bar across my face, then roll over it with a pore brush, and I've noticed that whiteheads really start to diminish. I was so stressed about blackheads that I tried every product people raved about, but this is the first one I've gone through three bottles of! If you want to remove blackheads without irritating your skin, I highly recommend it I don't really have any complaints, but if I had to nitpick, the fact that you have to twist it to rinse with water and then twist it again to store it makes me a bit concerned about hygiene It works even better when you use it with a vibrating cleanser
