Perfect as a base layer! It has excellent staying power and doesn't cause any pilling or flaking. Most of the shades are quite bright and bold. I'm a red lipstick lover, and I'm thrilled with both the color and the price point on this one I'm already halfway through the product and honestly, I haven't found a single downside yet. I'm really satisfied with how it's performing

If you apply it to clean, bare lips without any other products underneath, it stays put for hours! I'm using it as a long-wear tint. Heart Deep Undertone Deep undertone - if you have warm skin tones, this shade looks absolutely radiant on you! Heart After Staining After it sets, the color matches your natural lip tone perfectly instead of looking pink - I love how natural it looks! Hmm Packaging The case feels way too cheap and plasticky, honestly. It doesn't look very nice, and sometimes the product leaks out a little bit. Hmm Color Payoff The color intensity is really strong - almost too strong. It feels a bit overwhelming. You really have to be careful and precise when applying it. Make sure to use a light hand and apply sparingly! It works great as a long-wear tint. This product is such a perfect match for my lips that I've lost count of how many I've repurchased. It's pure magic—I keep trying other brands, but I always come back to this one. I used to grab it at the drugstore, but since they stopped carrying it, I've been ordering online. The color payoff and staying power are absolutely fantastic, so please keep making this forever. I absolutely love it! The shade is gorgeous, the texture is smooth and flawless, and it's just fantastic. Seriously, fantastic all around! It's just not for me. I wish the brand wouldn't push so hard on asking for reviews. That part is disappointing.

Lip products with great longevity can sometimes feel harsh because of the pigmentation, which causes flaking and dryness on the lips, so I usually hesitate to use them. But this 3CE Tattoo Lip Tint is so comfortable on my lips and doesn't cause any flaking at all, which I love! Please don't discontinue this product, I'm begging you! I'm already on my third tube! It's supposed to be orange-red, but on my lips which have a very warm undertone, the red comes through way too strong. It's not a cool-toned color, but the saturation is so high and the color payoff is so intense that it gives more of a "bright red" impression rather than the actual shade. The staying power is absolutely impressive. The color is the most natural and beautiful shade in this product line. I wish there were more color options available. Since it has a tattoo-like finish, the color stays put even after you think it's faded, so I'd definitely recommend it for date nights or casual meals with your partner. As a cool-toned person, this is a shade I love, but it just doesn't seem to work well with my complexion. I think it would look amazing on someone with warm undertones though. I've been using this orange-red shade for over 4 years because it suits me so well. The fragrance is lovely, it doesn't cause any irritation on my lips, and I absolutely love it It's a long-wear tint, and while the color is beautiful, the staying power could be better
