The texture spreads so smoothly, and it really delivers on calming and hydrating my skin. I haven't experienced any irritation at all. I think it would be even better if the packaging were changed from a jar to a tube format for easier application.

Even though my skin is oily, it gets dehydrated easily, and I'm not a fan of lightweight creams? I highly recommend this one. The application is incredibly smooth, and it has this amazing balance - it feels substantial yet lightweight, rich yet gentle. Does a cream like that even exist? Well, yes! It's the Thorne of Conscious Daily Cream. Personally, I think the formula is a bit similar to Eucerin's night cream, so I wasn't sure if it would be too heavy for daily use. But honestly, it's exactly the texture I love. I've been using it so much that I almost forgot to write this review! The moment I apply it, my skin feels like it has a protective barrier that doesn't disappear quickly. It instantly tackles dryness and tightness, and I'm absolutely obsessed with it. I think it's perfect for transitional seasons and winter when the air is dry, rather than summer! The scent is almost unscented, but not completely fragrance-free. There's zero irritation, and I'm totally happy with it. Despite being in a jar, I wish the packaging was lighter without a spatula included.

Personally, I love how balanced the hydration feels, which is why I use it as my go-to day cream and pre-makeup primer. It seems perfect for summer and transitional seasons. That said, on particularly windy days or during harsh winters, you might want to layer it with a richer cream for extra protection. Hydration Level Since I apply a hydrating cream before this one, I didn't feel like moisture was lacking. The texture is like a lightweight emulsion that sinks right in. - It glides on smoothly and leaves skin feeling clean and balanced.
