Cleansing power blue heart -> A shampoo that strips away oil during hot summer months! The best thing about this product is its cleansing strength. That said, I think this quality could be either a strength or weakness depending on your scalp condition. When your scalp is oily and sensitive, if it doesn't cleanse well, you can get breakouts or your scalp condition deteriorates quickly. This shampoo has stronger and better cleansing power than any other shampoo I've used, so it worked wonderfully for my oily scalp. That's why I use this product when my hair gets really oily to thoroughly remove excess oil. After that, once things stabilize a bit, I switch to scalp care products or regular shampoo to maintain balance. Cooling effect leaf As I mentioned earlier, the cleansing power is excellent. Plus, when you use this shampoo, you feel a refreshing cooling effect that makes your scalp feel incredibly clean and fresh. This shampoo works well for my scalp, so there aren't really any major drawbacks. The only thing is that the bottle size isn't very large, so if you use it frequently, you might find yourself running out a bit quickly. The ingredients are really effective and it creates such a rich lather that I can tell it's cleansing my skin thoroughly. Plus, the tube format makes it super convenient to use. I wish you'd run sales more often and offer larger sizes. I'd love to stock up. I used it once and it felt way too dry and harsh. It lathered up like soap and left my hair feeling incredibly straw-like and brittle after washing and drying. I'm worried it's going to damage my hair. Sure, it produces less plastic waste, but honestly, I don't see any other reason to switch to this product. My hair felt stiff and extremely parched after using this. The tube format makes it super convenient to toss in your gym bag and take on the go. It gives you that refreshing, squeaky-clean feeling when you shampoo. The menthol is quite strong. I've been using EightGrow Hair Tonic regularly, so I decided to try their shampoo too. The product has a noticeable cooling sensation, which is a nice feature. Since this is a hair loss product, the lather is quite minimal and the texture isn't very smooth. I found myself needing to use a lot more product to feel like my hair was getting properly cleansed. It doesn't seem to work well for thick hair or oily scalp types, and it's not ideal for combination scalp either. I also noticed an increase in hair shedding. Using a conditioner is absolutely essential with this shampoo.

It's formulated with beneficial ingredients that are great for hair loss concerns. The cream texture is so smooth and gentle. I'm not sure why, but whenever I use this product, my hair feels stiff and my scalp gets weighed down quickly. Right after washing, there is a cooling sensation and my scalp feels fresh, but personally, it seems like the moisture balance is stripped away, which actually makes my scalp get oily faster. I thought it was just me, but my husband says the feel isn't great either. The lather isn't particularly rich either.

While this isn't specifically formulated for scalp itchiness, I've personally seen great results in reducing my itching, so I'm really happy with it. The lather gets richer and creamier the more you work it up. The texture is kind of like a cleansing milk? The instructions say to lather it in your hands first before applying to your hair, but honestly, it's a bit tricky to build up that lather in your palms.
