I absolutely love how long-lasting this fragrance is! The scent has a beautiful weightiness to it with a neutral profile that works for any occasion. Even after the initial top notes fade away, I can still detect this lovely fig-like undertone that really makes it special. If you're expecting a strong matcha fragrance, you might be disappointed. The matcha note is quite subtle and doesn't come through as prominently as I'd hoped.

I usually find that citrus or green tea fragrances fade quickly and feel too light, which has always been disappointing. But this perfume has such a comforting, creamy matcha latte vibe with a rich, soft floral base that lingers beautifully. When I spray it on the back of my neck, it stays noticeably longer than other fragrances in the same family, and I really love that! I honestly couldn't find any downsides! For this price point, getting such a unique scent is completely satisfying. The scent is beautifully neutral and clean, with a subtle, understated quality that I really appreciate. I had to give it a test spray right away. I'm someone who practically lives in fragrance, so I've definitely tried my fair share of scents, especially matcha ones. Scent Profile If you're looking for that authentic matcha latte vibe, I'll be honest—you might feel a bit let down. Out of all the matcha fragrances I've tested, this one is the least matcha-forward. When I first sprayed it, I got those typical department store vibes you'd pick up anywhere. It actually leans more toward lotus flower than matcha, if I'm being real. There's a subtle masculine skincare note too, so I think people who love gender-neutral scents or guys would really enjoy this. Once that stronger opening fades, you start catching hints of fig and coconut! Since I absolutely adore fig and coconut notes, even though I was hoping for more matcha, I'm actually going to get a lot of use out of this. Longevity Honestly, for just five thousand won, the staying power on this is incredible. I can't believe this quality is really only five thousand won. It's unreal! The downside is that even though it's labeled as matcha magnolia, you barely get any matcha in the actual scent. The first impression is pretty heavy on magnolia and skincare notes. If you're not a fan of skincare notes or that strong opening, just spray it on and wait about five minutes before smelling it up close—that should help!
