This generous-sized tube gives you plenty of product, and the tube packaging makes it super hygienic and convenient to use. The pilling is really severe. Even when I adjust how much I use, it balls up like white flakes or a peeling gel. Because of this, when I apply the cream and layer my base on top, every time I tap with my cushion puff to touch up my makeup, powder falls everywhere and my makeup gets patchy. Even when I apply just the cream on bare skin, it pills, so adding sunscreen or base on top is almost impossible. There's a cooling effect when I apply it, but if I put it near my eyes or under my eyes for dark circles, my LASIK eyes get irritated and my vision gets blurry. A YouTuber raved about it, saying green for summer and blue for winter, so I bought it, but I feel like I wasted my money. I know skin is different for everyone, but the pilling is genuinely way too much. If I just swipe my finger across it, it balls up immediately. Even though it's supposed to be a hydrating moisturizer, the hydration doesn't last long, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels tight. I'm not sure how it would work for oily skin, but for combination skin like mine, it's really hard to use in winter like this. I contacted customer service, but they said there's no product defect on their end.
