This foundation looks so natural and has amazing coverage. When I apply powder on top, the matte finish really seems to last longer throughout the day. I'd recommend prepping your skin carefully before using this. If you have flaky or dry patches, make sure to layer a hydrating serum or moisturizing cream during your skincare routine first. Many reviews mention how bright this shade is, and I think if you usually wear shade 19, this will give you a beautifully radiant, fresh-looking complexion. It works great even on acne-prone skin without any irritation. That said, because it's such a light shade, those dealing with severe acne scarring might not find the coverage as effective as they'd hope. I don't usually wear foundation so I can't speak to other products, but this one seems to set pretty quickly. If you don't have a spatula, you'll need to work fast with a sponge or puff to blend it in before it dries down. When you prep your skin well and apply this properly, the finish is absolutely flawless.

The only thing is the setting speed could be a bit slower for perfection. Coverage: The coverage exceeded my expectations, honestly. It's really impressive. I think people with lots of blemishes and imperfections will be really happy with how well this conceals everything. Adherence: I usually use a spatula when applying this foundation, and when I do, it spreads thinly and adheres beautifully to the skin. Without the spatula, I can't really say how it performs. Longevity: Since I have dry skin, I'm basing this on dry skin standards. In summer without powder or setting spray, it fades a bit. With powder, it lasts about 4 hours before fading slightly around the nose area. When I use both powder and setting spray, it holds up for about 8 hours. When it does break down, it doesn't look patchy or obvious, it just fades gracefully. Oxidation: It does oxidize noticeably. I usually finish school around 5 PM, and by then I can see some oxidation happening. You can definitely notice it, but it's not dramatically obvious or anything. The main inconvenience is that it sets so quickly that you have to tap it on fast with a sponge or puff, which can be a bit annoying. When you're buying this, go one shade darker! It runs light, so I really recommend sizing down by one shade. I normally use shade 17, so I picked up shade 19 thinking it would be about the same, but honestly there's barely any difference between them. Even accounting for oxidation, shade 19 is still on the lighter side. No darkening, excellent adhesion, and the coverage is seriously amazing - I highly recommend it! It applies lighter, so I'd suggest shades 13-17 for the best match. A little goes a long way with this product - you only need a tiny amount to get a radiant, glowing finish I have dry skin and found this too drying for seasonal transitions, which was disappointing. I'm really happy with how my skin looks now - it has such a beautiful appearance and the color is gorgeous too That said, I've noticed some small bumps appearing here and there, and there's a bit of stinging sensation. The color is absolutely gorgeous and the coverage is surprisingly impressive. The staying power is solid, and it does a great job of hiding redness and flushing, even when I've had a drink or two. Like most cosmetics, this one can be tricky on days when my skin isn't cooperating. I know the shade range runs light, but even though I'm a 21, I grabbed the 19 and honestly? It's absolutely amazing when I apply it sheer with a damp sponge. Just so you know, it's a blend formula. Seriously recommending this! I can't really think of anything that bothers me, but it does get a bit dry once winter rolls around.
