Because I'm the type of person who, even during summer like now, applies a rich cream with shea butter and stearic acid as night care and wakes up with skin texture that's just like a raw egg. Thanks to Hwahae's thorough ingredient analysis, I finally purchased this product after careful consideration... Clear Coral's Age to Twenties Glass Skin Essence Pact Perfect Shade 23 - My Own Money, My Own Review (Skin Type: Combination with oily T-zone and dry U-zone, concerns with blemishes and fine lines, Shade 23-25 Olive Tone) Longevity: 4 out of 5 stars Since my body doesn't sweat much, I can't speak to sweat resistance, but it definitely holds up well against oil. Even without powder touch-ups on my T-zone, it looks beautiful for 5 hours, and with a light touch-up, it lasts even longer without any issues. Adhesion: 4 out of 5 stars When I tie my hair up and move around quickly, I sometimes end up slapping my own face with my hair, but I didn't feel any scratching on the base! Oxidation: 5 out of 5 stars Based on my personal observation, there's no oxidation. Separately from oxidation, when I first opened it, it had a slightly pink-toned feel, but it seems to gradually shift toward a more neutral tone. (Very subjective, please note) But since I love neutral bases, I actually prefer it! Coverage: 3 out of 5 stars For a dewy pact, the coverage is decent, but it does have less coverage compared to Age to Twenties Velvet Lasting Pact (unavoidably so). However, it gives a naturally hydrated, luminous skin finish, so I actually need to conceal blemishes less thoroughly. Of course, if you want to create a flawless porcelain skin look with full coverage and highlighter, this pact might not be the best choice. But for everyday makeup, it's perfect. Hydrating with Less Oil If you have combination skin with an oily T-zone and dry U-zone, I highly recommend a hydrating pact. When I was using a semi-matte bar, my forehead and nose were oily, but after applying this pact, only a slight amount of oil appears on my forehead after 4 hours, and about half as much on my nose. It seems my skin was lacking moisture and was compensating with oil. My apologies for not taking better care of my skin! Smooth Skin Texture After Cleansing The first reason this dewy pact became my daily essential, even in summer! After cleansing with Anna Lotan Cleansing Milk, my skin feels so soft. The skin texture after cleansing is shocking, so I immediately made it a permanent part of my routine. Shade 23 Isn't Too Bright or Too Dark I looked into Velvet Lasting Pact first, but Age to Twenties is famous for its base shade selection. It brightens my skin by half a shade, so I only need to apply it to the center of my face and don't even need to contour. Convenient! The saturation of pink and yellow tones is just right, so Shade 23 is a universally flattering undertone that works for most people. It's somewhere between neutral and pink-toned. I'm thinking if I slightly mix in some pink latte, it would be perfect for my neutral-loving preferences. But the color is already beautiful as is. Beautiful Skin Expression Many others mention this aspect, so I'll skip it. Additionally, the case is pretty, and I don't understand why some say it looks cheap. It's no secret that I'm not very sensitive to aesthetics, but I still think it looks nice! With Velvet Lasting Pact, touch-ups felt very clean without any special technique, but with Essence Pact Perfect, touch-ups work well but require a bit of skill. Definitely don't swipe - only tap and press. When applying initially, you might not notice, but swiping causes it to peel off. Since it's a balm-type formula, expect some dust to stick to it. I purchased it for around 21,000 won after applying a 30% beauty coupon on Ably during the weekend, when Olive Young had it on sale for 30,800 won. I've been using Age Twenties for five years and absolutely loved it. Compared to luxury department store foundations, it looked beautiful and felt so hydrating when it blended out. I decided to switch to the Glass Cushion this time, but I have to say the coverage is disappointing considering how thick it appears on the skin. The adhesion seems to work evenly though, which is nice. It does give a lovely luminous finish. Ugh, even though it looks thick when applied to the skin, the coverage just isn't there. And strangely, on days when I wear this cushion, people around me keep asking if I'm tired or looking pale. It seems like there's definitely some darkening happening with this formula. Since it has a matte finish, it does tend to pick up a bit of dust and particles. Also, I wish the compact case design could be a little more elegant. Whether I smooth it on or gently tap it in, it adheres beautifully to my skin with a bouncy, elastic feel. My complexion looks radiant, but it's not that greasy shine—it's a genuine glow. The luminosity makes my facial features look beautifully defined. It feels moisturized without any stickiness, which is amazing. Even when I do touch-ups, there's no creasing or that floating appearance. It blends seamlessly into my skin like it's naturally part of me. For a product advertised as perfect coverage, the coverage is actually quite sheer. Plus, because it has such a high essence content, it absorbs deeply into the skin, which makes my complexion appear darker than it actually is.

I absolutely love this hydrating cushion! When I apply this hydrating cushion and set it with powder, even with heavy powder application, it breaks down in the most beautiful way. When I rub it between my fingers like the name suggests, the moisture content is seriously impressive. I tried the previous version and loved it so much that even when I tried switching to other cushions, I always came back to this one. Plus, since it's the night type, it definitely lasts longer than other cushion products! Despite all that, I've already hit pan on this product! Due to the nature of this hydrating cushion, the coverage isn't the strongest. You'll definitely need to use a concealer to cover blemishes and spots again, and you should think of it more as a product that evens out your skin tone and texture beautifully. From what I've heard from people around me who use this cushion, there's apparently some darkening that happens. Personally, I don't notice it much since it doesn't bother me! With this product, definitely use a light hand and apply it thinly! Since this cushion isn't primarily designed for coverage anyway, even with multiple layers you'll need separate concealing for problem areas. Apply it thinly to make your overall complexion look beautiful, and then just spot-conceal the areas that need extra coverage!

Whenever my skin feels tight and dehydrated during seasonal changes, I reach for this without hesitation. The luminous finish gives my complexion such a beautiful, radiant glow. I just apply a tiny bit of powder to the areas where the shine is most intense, and boom—you get that gorgeous, glowing skin everyone wants! I'm showing you two photos here: the first one is after applying this product, and the second is right after cleansing. The lighting is slightly different between shots, but if you look at the spot on my cheek as a reference point, you can really see the difference. After cleansing alone, my skin still shows redness, acne scars around the temples, and uneven tone. But in the first photo with this product applied—even though I'm using a basic camera—the pores are noticeably blurred, the redness is neutralized, scars are minimized, and my skin tone looks so much more even and refined! I absolutely love it and use it every single day. The ingredients though... I wish the formula was a bit gentler and more skin-friendly. If it were, this would honestly be absolutely perfect.
