When I layer it on top of other products, it becomes way too white and chalky. Plus, it tends to separate and really emphasizes any dry patches or flaking on my skin. It's so easy to apply that I save a lot of time on my sunscreen routine I really liked it at first, but after using it for a while, I'm not so sure anymore. It leaves a white cast, and if I reapply it in the afternoon after putting it on in the morning, it gets noticeably darker, so I can only use it once a day. It goes on kind of thick and emphasizes dry patches and flakes. If you have sensitive or flaky skin, I'd skip this one. Plus, since it's a stick formula, dust and lint stick to the areas where I've rubbed it on, which makes it annoying to reapply. I love that it doesn't leave residue on my hands and applies so smoothly. The weather's been scorching and my skin was getting really tanned, but now I'm not getting that sun damage anymore and it feels amazing. My daughter loves the scent too! I was looking for a gentle sun stick that wouldn't irritate my sensitive, oily skin, and I'm really happy with this one. It's mild enough for even young children to use. Plus, since I can't have my pores clogged, I was reassured that this product passed the non-comedogenic test. I'd heard that mineral sunscreens tend to leave a white cast, but honestly, it's not that noticeable on me. This non-irritating sun stick is so convenient and I'm using it regularly without any concerns! Maybe it's because it's mineral-based, but after a while of wearing it, the product starts to clump and separate on my skin. Because of that, I find it works better when I just quickly swipe it on for daily touch-ups rather than applying it before makeup. Lately, I've actually just been using it on my arms and legs. The thing about sun sticks is that you're basically reapplying product that's already been in contact with your skin, which feels a bit unhygienic to me. If you're looking for a lightweight sunstick, I absolutely recommend it! It's so incredibly dry and weightless that you'll wonder if you even applied it. I love that it doesn't feel greasy at all. Plus, the stick format makes it super convenient to apply UV protection quickly, even when your hands aren't perfectly clean! Since the formula is quite dry and powdery, it might not work well for those with dry skin types.
