First off, this BB cream is noticeably gentler than other options out there. My skin is extremely sensitive, and when I use Alex, it holds up so much better. It really depends on my skin's condition that day, but even when my skin is too reactive for other products, I can still wear Alex BB cream without issues. It's honestly surprising because based on the ingredients, it shouldn't be this gentle, yet there's zero irritation. Plus, it naturally blurs my pores beautifully. As expected, the shade range on Alex BB cream is always disappointing. Other than that, the natural finish and gentle formula are great. Make sure your skincare is fully absorbed before applying, or it'll get patchy. I've been using this for years now. Once I started using it, I couldn't go back to other BB creams. While some say you can apply it thickly or layer it, I find that tricky. It absorbs beautifully with a satisfying feel, leaving my skin hydrated without that heavy, cakey makeup sensation. The shade runs a bit dark, and the coverage and staying power are somewhat limited.
