One important reminder: when using brightening products, you really need to prioritize sun protection. It's excellent for exfoliation. Just remember to apply a rich, nourishing cream generously to strengthen your skin barrier, and avoid exfoliating during your cleansing routine. When I used it daily with plenty of toner, the irritation was overwhelming and my skin barrier felt compromised. It's really only effective for exfoliation rather than brightening or improving blemishes. I've been ordering from this brand for over a year, spending 30,000 to 50,000 won monthly, but the loyalty points barely accumulate and the membership benefits are so disappointing that I've lost all enthusiasm and switched to other products. I wish they'd improve this. The free shipping coupons are limited to just 3 or 5 uses, and I keep receiving the same coupon repeatedly, so I honestly don't understand why they keep sending shipping coupons I can't even use. Once they even sent me an expired coupon, which was frustrating. Since all the coupons are identical with usage limits, they're essentially meaningless. It hardened like that, and I'm not entirely sure if toner got inside it or not. The expiration date still has plenty of time left, and realistically there's no way toner got in there. Since the price isn't particularly affordable and it hardened with discoloration, my confidence in the product has completely disappeared.
