Just keep in mind that this isn't a heavy-duty hydrating product or anything like a serum or emulsion. It's purely a water-based mist, so adjust your expectations accordingly. There's not much to complain about, but the quantity is on the smaller side. Don't expect this to work like a rich cream toner or creamy mist—it's a water-based formula through and through.

Formulation True to its name, this rose water has a completely liquid texture. It's pure distilled rose extract with no added oils. Since it's water-based, I did notice some dryness after it dried down, which is pretty much unavoidable with this type of formula. I used it like a first essence after my regular toner, and it worked beautifully that way! Soothing Effect Being water-based, there's absolutely no heaviness, heat sensation, or stickiness whatsoever. Even though my skin is sensitive, I experienced zero irritation. The calming effect reminds me of thermal spring water mist. Spray Performance I tested the 60ml size, and the spray isn't a fine mist—it comes out a bit heavier and more concentrated. But since I was using it like a first essence anyway and patting it in with my hands, it didn't bother me at all. Scent Compared to the Bulgarian rose water I used before, this one has a much softer fragrance, which I really appreciated! Since roses naturally have a strong scent, most 100% rose water products tend to be quite fragrant. I saw lots of reviews mentioning the strong scent, but honestly, it fades within seconds of application. My skin has been really sensitive lately with all the fine dust in the air, and even my go-to products have been stinging when I apply them. But this product doesn't irritate my skin at all. I'm using an exfoliating toner from another brand and doing a quick essence application with this, followed by a regenerating cream. Interestingly, the stinging only stops when I use this product together with the regenerating cream. I usually prefer buying larger sizes to use for longer, so I was a bit disappointed by the smaller size. However, since there's absolutely no irritation, I'm satisfied overall. It's a mist that doesn't mix with oils, and it feels quite hydrating. My skin feels noticeably more supple and flexible. The fragrance is honestly the worst I've ever experienced with any product. When I dispense it into my palm, it smells like saliva or something spoiled. I actually checked the manufacturing date because of the scent, which was a first for me. But after applying it, the fragrance becomes a subtle fresh rose scent, which makes me think this must be an incredibly concentrated formula. It's challenging while applying because of the strong initial smell, but once it's on my skin, it transforms into a pleasant rose fragrance. This moisturizer absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling incredibly hydrated and dewy. I love how nourished it makes my complexion feel.
