The ampoule works perfectly for my skin with no problematic ingredients, but I can't use the mask pack because of the panthenol in it. I wish they had kept the same formula from the ampoule - that would have been amazing, but it's a bit disappointing. I'm disappointed that the mask pack has a different formula than the ampoule. If the ingredients were the same, it would be a must-have product for me. Panthenol just doesn't work for my skin. That said, many people love panthenol, so I still recommend this mask pack.
