I'm really disappointed this product was discontinued. I used to be a sunscreen switcher, but I went through four tubes of this one alone. It had such a smooth, creamy texture that felt lightweight and applied beautifully without any pilling or smudging my makeup. I absolutely loved it, though I did have some hesitation about it being a Japanese product. It's such a shame this was discontinued. If you're bothered by white cast, this might not be for you—some people weren't fans of that. Personally, it didn't bother me. No white cast at all. I used to reach for Anessa sunscreen pretty often, but having to shake it every time was such a hassle, and the texture felt too thin for me. That's why I switched to this one. I really love that it has a cream formula, so it doesn't drip or run down your face. Unlike Anessa, which requires shaking before use, this one leaves my skin feeling really greasy and shiny after application. This product felt so hydrating and smells amazing. It applied beautifully and I'm really happy with it. This was way too greasy for my oily skin - honestly one of the worst products I've tried. I was hunting for a hydrating sunscreen to use during winter, and I found it on sale at the drugstore, so I grabbed it at a great price! Hydrating formula Smooth application Works as a moisturizing makeup primer too It's incredibly hydrating, but when I applied makeup over it, everything stayed in place without any pilling or shifting. The texture felt just like applying a lightweight emulsion! You can really feel the moisture sinking in, and it finishes with a fresh, clean feel. I didn't realize this at the time because I wasn't using the app when I first bought the product, but the ingredient list is really disappointing. I don't think I'll be repurchasing this one. Fortunately, my skin isn't overly sensitive, so I didn't have any major issues using it. The best thing about this product is that it has no white cast and comes in a lightweight, water-like texture, so you can apply it generously without worrying. Plus, it offers strong UV protection both indoors and outdoors. I'm really concerned about the ingredient list... As you can see from the photos, I've almost used up the entire bottle, but I have to say the ingredients are problematic. Beyond that, the main drawback is that it doesn't work well for oily skin. The product feels greasy and makes my skin look shiny, and my makeup doesn't apply smoothly over it. After using about half the bottle on my face, I switched to a different product for my face and only used this one on my neck and body. But after checking the ingredients, I definitely won't be repurchasing. I received this product as a gift. The best part is how hydrating it is—it really helps my matte foundation glide on smoothly. Apparently, you don't need a separate cleanser for this; you can just wash it off with your regular foam cleanser, though I haven't been able to verify that myself. The good news is that it doesn't irritate my eyes, or at least the irritation is minimal. I'm not impressed with the ingredient list. Eight potentially harmful ingredients? I've heard that Japanese beauty products tend to have a lot of preservatives, so I was already skeptical. Since this was a gift, I tried to like it and use it anyway. After about a month of use, my skin feels more sensitive than before. I used to get some flakiness around my cheeks that would show through makeup, and while that's improved a bit, now the area is getting red and irritated. Other parts of my face are becoming sensitive too, and the redness is making my makeup look patchy and uneven. It's really frustrating because my skin feels itchy every single day. No white cast, and I've tried so many sunscreens but this one doesn't irritate my eyes at all - I'm really happy with it. My skin is dry, but this feels incredibly hydrating and moisturizing. The application is so smooth and effortless, almost like a light lotion. The ingredients list is concerning... what exactly is in this? I ended up buying two of them and I'm disappointed. I guess I'll just have to use it anyway... but at least it doesn't sting my eyes, so it passes the test.
