The texture spreads really smoothly and evenly. It's not overly thick or sticky, which makes it perfect for summer application. I haven't noticed any white cast, and I can easily reapply it throughout the day without any issues. Just a heads up though - the coverage and color-correcting abilities are quite minimal, so don't expect it to hide blemishes or brighten your complexion dramatically. The main drawback is that it's a Japanese product with a price tag that's a bit steep. This sunscreen is a rare find that actually works for my skin. My face doesn't get red, my eyes don't sting, and there's no irritation under my nose. It has just the right amount of white cast that provides subtle coverage without looking heavy. Plus, it has a matte finish so my skin doesn't look shiny or greasy. This one is really drying on me. After just 3 to 4 hours, my face feels so tight and uncomfortable. I'm not sure what's sucking all the moisture out, but it's frustrating. Even after cleansing, applying plenty of hydrating products, and getting a good night's sleep, my skin still feels parched the next morning. The application is absolutely amazing! I really love how smoothly this formula glides on like water, but it's so hard to find products with this kind of texture. This is actually a pretty solid sunscreen, but it doesn't have many reviews yet. Annessa definitely delivers strong UV protection, but it can be a bit heavy on the skin and causes breakouts for me. The mild version is noticeably gentler though. It applies smoothly without feeling greasy, and since it's a hybrid formula, there's barely any white cast. It works great for dry, combination, and sensitive skin types. Even though it's labeled as mild, regular facial cleanser alone isn't enough to remove it. You'll need to use a dedicated cleansing oil or cleansing emulsion to wash it off thoroughly. Also, as time goes on, I do notice some tightness in my skin. If you have dry skin, you might find the lack of hydration a bit disappointing. Apply it in thin layers, building it up gradually. You can apply the full recommended amount without any white cast, and it spreads beautifully.
