The texture feels a bit heavy, but I can definitely confirm it has a soothing effect. The application is smooth, and I think people with dry skin would really benefit from using this. It doesn't absorb as well as a typical mask, and I woke up with breakouts the next day. If you have oily skin and are planning to use this, you'll definitely need to give it enough time to fully absorb before bed.

I tried this for the first time and my skin looked amazing right after it absorbed! My complexion is noticeably brighter, my skin texture has improved, and it's even calmed my skin down. Now I understand why this product is so popular! I'm definitely buying this again without hesitation. It sits a bit on the surface, but I still recommend it! I have dry skin and found it really pleasant to use. This seems to work beautifully for all skin types. The formula isn't too thin or runny—it has a nice bouncy texture. I love that it doesn't feel sticky or heavy. I'm using it together with my toner and it works great! Hmm... I'm not seeing dramatic results just yet. The texture is so bouncy and creamy, it absorbs beautifully into the skin. I'm absolutely obsessed and will definitely repurchase. Seriously, this is amazing, amazing, amazing! I wish I had something to complain about, but honestly the only minor issue is that it doesn't absorb quite as quickly as I'd hoped.

It's not difficult to apply, but honestly, it doesn't feel great going on. # Absorption: I received this as a sample, and while other products from the same line absorbed beautifully, this one felt warm at first and then absorbed better once that heat sensation faded. It doesn't sting or irritate, but the absorption just isn't as impressive as I'd hoped. I can't recommend this product, mainly because of the absorption issue I mentioned. Since I only tested it with a sample and didn't use it consistently over time, I can't say how it would perform with regular use. But based on what I experienced, the absorption is really disappointing.

When used alone, it doesn't absorb completely and leaves a sticky, oily residue on the surface. This caused my hair to stick to it constantly, and it would cling to my pillow uncomfortably. The niacinamide leaves a distinctive residue on my hands that feels rough and tacky, like I've touched metal. I only used it before applying a gel mask rather than using it standalone, but I didn't notice any significant changes in my skin condition. I usually use LayerLab's Niosome Panthenol 5% serum before my gel mask, and that product works so much better. This one didn't deliver any noticeable results, and the texture didn't appeal to me, so I didn't repurchase it. While it claims to be suitable for sensitive skin, I couldn't find any test results confirming it's actually appropriate for sensitive skin types. When I used this serum without the gel mask, I developed bumpy texture on my T-zone and forehead, and my T-zone became red. I didn't experience these issues when using it with the gel, but the serum alone caused these reactions. When I applied it, the texture turned out to be oilier than I expected—not the lightweight, watery serum I was hoping for. It didn't absorb as quickly as I thought it would either. Plus, there's a slightly sticky feeling to it, which makes it less than ideal for a light, effortless application.
